When a student opens practice on QuestLens, items come from an exam bank that staff can review and publish. That matters because:
- Syllabus alignment is intentional, not accidental
- Wrong keys and unsafe content can be caught before they reach a child
- Parents can trust that “practice” is a product surface, not a random model reply
